DigiQuote - QUOTATION SYSTEM (Insurance Repairs)

DigiQuote has been designed for the insurance industry to simplify the preparation of quotes for repairs to damaged property.
It holds a knowledge base of works which can be performed and its authorised cost.

The user defines the damaged rooms within a property, then specifies the work required for each room.

DigiQuote utilises Wireless Mobile Technology via pocket PC to retrieve new job assignments and transmit the results of a survey back to base.

DigiScan - SHOWROOM SCANNER

DigiScan is used in a sales showroom to process sales orders by scanning product bar-codes. This streamlines the order taking process and enables the sales person to concentrate on the customer instead of the order processing.

The customer information is retrieved from the central database and the sales order is immediately transmitted back, updating stock availability.

It is based on a wireless pocket PC with a scanner attachment.
