Work Flow Management
This facility takes a job through the different phases of its life cycle. Only specific users and actions can be performed during a given phase. Jobs in each phase can be easily monitored with issues being highlighted immediately.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
A sophisticated monitoring system has been designed to ensure all jobs are tracked and monitored. Proactive notification via sms, voice mail or fax. This enables users to meet stringent KPIs e.g. response within 30 minutes.

Online Document Generation
Correspondence can be generated from a web based word processor, which is then filed against each job. This provides a audit trail and archive of all documents and correspondence generated for each job.

Photo Store
Photos taken on site are uploaded and filled against each job for easy reference and distribution.

Communications
DigiWorks provides facilities to send faxes, sms, emails, voice messages. It also generates custom reports which collates all related information (spreadsheets, letters, photos, reports) for submission.

Diary Management
Several diaries are maintained on the system to enable surveys and repairs to be carried out for each job.

Job Scheduling
A job schedule can be built by assigning different skilled tradesmen on different dates to a job. A letter can then be generated informing the homeowner of the works schedule.

Full Audit Trail
All documents and related correspondences (email, fax, sms, notes, letters and spreadsheets) are created and stored against each job on the system.

Invoicing and Commissions
DigiWorks automatically generates invoices for fees and commissions for all the related parties. It also maintains a sales and purchase ledger for all franchisees in the network.
